7j7bd Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 7j7bd website accessible at https://7j7bd.io, including all associated pages, features, services, games, and betting markets.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 7j7bd platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the 7j7bd platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 7j7bd account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits issued by 7j7bd to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 7j7bd before a Player may withdraw funds.

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 7j7bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 7j7bd reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any stage to verify your age. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 7j7bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held on the platform.

2.4 Eligibility Confirmation. By completing the registration process, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (c) you are not a resident of any Restricted Territory; (d) you are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 7j7bd employee; and (e) you have not previously had a 7j7bd account closed for breaching these terms.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7j7bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7j7bd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity. All transactions, bets, and game sessions conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your sole responsibility. 7j7bd cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, 7j7bd will conduct a KYC verification check. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within 14 days of a request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 7j7bd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once this period has elapsed, provided the balance remains above zero. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 7j7bd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered BDT payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal holds.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7j7bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and City Bank. 7j7bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process international wire transfers or cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on the 7j7bd platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 7j7bd account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. 7j7bd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered under the same verified identity. 7j7bd aims to process approved withdrawals within 30 minutes during BST business hours; in certain cases, additional verification may extend this period.

4.5 Responsible Deposits. 7j7bd strongly encourages all Players to deposit only what they can afford to lose. Deposit limit tools are available in the account dashboard and can be set at daily, weekly, or monthly intervals. Once a deposit limit is lowered, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional benefits offered by 7j7bd are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion description. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the specific offer) before they can be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame specified for each offer. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets in patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting" or "scalping"), or using third-party software to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonus balance forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

5.4 7j7bd's Right to Modify Promotions. 7j7bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only and may be subject to individual eligibility criteria. 7j7bd's decisions on bonus eligibility and wagering fulfilment are final.

6.1 Game Availability. The games available on the 7j7bd platform are provided by third-party Game Providers. 7j7bd acts as an agent in presenting these games to Players and is not the game operator in the primary sense. Game rules, RTP percentages, minimum and maximum bet limits, and paytable information are determined by the respective Game Provider and are available within each game's interface.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 7j7bd reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account. 7j7bd is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems on the Player's end.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets placed on the 7j7bd platform are subject to the specific event rules published at the time of betting. Cricket match outcomes are determined based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). 7j7bd reserves the right to void bets in cases of event abandonment, match fixing allegations, or rule violations by the participating teams or players.

6.4 Bet Acceptance. 7j7bd reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a bet appears to be based on insider information, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where a bet exceeds the platform's maximum payout limit for a given event or market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7j7bd platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in any game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them to 7j7bd support.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or use of insider information in sports betting markets.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to disguise your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7j7bd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 7j7bd platform — including but not limited to the 7j7bd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7j7bd or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. 7j7bd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform's content or software.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party Game Providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective providers. Any unauthorised use of such content is a violation of both these Terms & Conditions and the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 7j7bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 Data Collection. 7j7bd collects personal data from Players as necessary to provide platform services, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and improve the overall user experience. The types of data we collect, our legal basis for processing, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Security. 7j7bd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Sensitive payment and identity data is stored in encrypted form and accessed only by authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of gaming law as applied by 7j7bd's licensing authority. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified by 7j7bd's regulatory framework for the resolution of any disputes.

12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 7j7bd, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. 7j7bd will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. The majority of Player concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

12.3 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. 7j7bd will cooperate fully with any such process and will abide by the outcome of any binding determination made by a qualified adjudicator.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 7j7bd platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7j7bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
